These Terms govern your use of Charmly, including browsing creator content, saving favorites, and uploading your own cosplay media.

1. Accounts and Profiles

You are responsible for the stage name, profile details, and media you submit through your account. Do not impersonate other people, creators, or brands.

2. Acceptable Use

• Only upload content you have the right to share.
• Do not post unlawful, hateful, harassing, or explicit material.
• Do not misuse report, block, or moderation tools.
• Do not interfere with the app, its security, or other users.

3. Your Content

You keep ownership of the media and captions you upload. By posting to Charmly, you allow us to host, display, process, and moderate that content so the app can function.

4. Coins and Paid Features

If the app offers coins or paid posting tools, those balances and features are governed by the purchase flow shown in the app at the time of checkout.

5. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or remove access if content or behavior violates these Terms or creates risk for users or the service. You may stop using the app at any time.
